Jun 21, 2016 · Turned out that Ctrl + Shift was taken by gnome-tweaks to change keyboard layouts. If this is the case with you, go to gnome-tweaks (just type it in the terminal), go to. Keyboard & Mouse > Additional Layout Options > Switching to another layout. Ctrl+Shift will be checked.

Jun 17, 2019 · The keyboard shortcuts for copy/paste (ctrl + c; ctrl + v) are not working in Outlook 365 ProPlus installed on my computer. It works in every other Microsoft program (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.) but not Outlook. It used to work. This thread is locked.

In Edit -> Preferences -> Interface -> Keyboard : I needed to change the keyboard-file back to Inkscape default. The hint for me was, that after installing version 1.2.1, I could see in the bottom which shortcut I was trying to trigger. It registerd CTRL+SHIFT+A, but it was saying: No object selected.

Nov 20, 2018 · My Ctrl-C combination stopped working today on all applications other than CMD Prompt. I downloaded the Passmark Keyboard Test app to help diagnose the problem. The Control key was recognised, the C key was recognised but the combination Ctrl-C was not. Ctrl-V was recognised as was all other dual key combinations.

I always forget that now I have to select with the mouse, then type Ctrl+C, then click on the destination, then type Ctrl+V instead of the simply selecting with the mouse and doing a middle mouse button click (or Shift+Insert). They are enabled.

Yeah, it previously worked, and in the morning when I booted my pc up and wanted to send a mate a link with ctrl v, it just wouldn't work. Every where other way of pasting that I know works (shift insert, right click paste) its literally just the Ctrl v that doesn't. Ctrl C works because I could use that to copy and right click paste to paste

I have been experiencing the same problem on a Dell Inspiron15 laptop running Windows 8. The problem is that it only happens now and then. Sometimes when Ctrl+C doesn't work, rightclick+copy does. Sometimes neither works. Sometimes if I keep trying, one of the two will eventually work. Other times not.
